Return Policy

Change-of-mind returns

– You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

– Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

– Return shipping costs are paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

– Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items

– If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

– We’ll either send a replacement at our cost or issue a full refund, including any standard shipping fees.

 

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we currently do not accept returns on:

– Digital gift cards or downloadable products

– Bundles / surprise boxes

– Items marked “Sale”

– Products that show clear signs of use, damage, or alteration not due to our error

 

How to start a return

Email us at [your email] with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Pack your items securely. We recommend a trackable shipping method for all returns.

 

International orders

– Return shipping for international orders is paid by the customer, except where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

– Original shipping fees, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, unless required by local law.
